Robert Masterson

Robert Masterson is a highly skilled manager and recruiter with a proven track record in an agency environment dealing with corporate and law firm clients for solutions to permanent and contract hiring needs. He has extensive experience in managing and motivating staff in a production/performance environment to achieve goals which improved revenue and success on a month to month basis, including staff with no recruiting experience.

Thorough experience in defining and sourcing highly qualified candidates through direct and passive recruiting methods, including prospecting, networking, referrals, newspaper and internet sourcing. Overseeing the interview process for multiple searches at once, from the pre-screening and scheduling of interviews to feedback from candidates and employers, including negotiating and presentation of offers, acceptance and commencement of employment.

Strong team player with excellent communication skills in the areas of training, direction of staff, delegation of responsibilities and working side by side with employees. Robert has the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees from executives to line staff who are both technical and non-technical.

Mr. Masterson is originally from Ohio where he received his BA from Mount Union College. Robert started in the staffing business in 1995 while working for Job Corps. Robert has amassed an impressive track record of successful placements and loyal clients.

Richard Coyle

Mr. Coyle has a background in business and finance from the University of Minnesota and handles the daily operations and financial management of the firm. He also has extensive experience with a very high success rate in temp-perm and direct hire placements for paralegals, legal secretaries and all other support staff. Mr. Coyle has built a reputation for honesty and integrity as a highly rated professional with strong interpersonal skills.

Tamara Reed

Ms. Reed is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships for the firm as well as securing top talent for placement at our firms and corporations throughout South Florida. She brings to Masterson recruiting over 15 years experience in Executive Legal Placements. Trained as a paralegal, Ms. Reed began her legal staffing career working for a large executive placement firm in Washington DC area prior to relocating to South Florida where she worked at a national staffing firm for over 10 years. As the Director of Business Development, Ms Reed is actively involved in the South Florida legal market and is an active member of both the Palm beach and Dade/Broward association of Legal Administrators. She is very adept at keeping her fingers on the pulse of the market and following trends and changes to the legal field. Ms. Reed is a graduate of American University with a Bachelors Degree in Justice and Law.
